Refund policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Mundial T-Shirt (hereinafter, “the Company”). By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions set forth in this policy.

1. Return Period

We offer a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return. Requests made outside of this timeframe may be rejected, except where applicable legislation provides otherwise.

2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • Retain all original tags.

  • Include the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions to complete the process. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the Company will assume these costs.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately to evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with current legislation.

6. Items Ineligible for Return

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Personal use or hygiene items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Hazardous or flammable substances.

  • Items on sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards.

7. Exchanges

We do not perform direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a justification. The product must meet the conditions indicated in this policy.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days via the original payment method.
